Board Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner/Holistic Health Educator
Beth Marik is a NAMA Board Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Holistic Health Educator. Travel and wellness have been a significant portion of her personal and professional life journey. Beth's 20+ years as a holistic health educator has allowed her to travel through 49 states of the U.S.A and internationally teaching Fitness, Yoga and Ayurveda. She strives to make lifelong global connections for seekers of wellness to curate wellness lifestyles, to have adventures while traveling, while supporting sustainable and eco friendly travel practices. Beth has achieved multiple certifications and/or licenses in the Wellness and Fitness Industry. Beth has been a licensed massage therapist since August 2007. She graduated from the Chicago based Soma Institute, 750-hour Clinical Massage Therapy Diploma Program. She is professional member with ABMP.
Beth graduated from her clinical studies and academics at Kanyakumari Ayurveda and Yoga Center in Glendale, Wisconsin between 2010- 2014 and finalized her Ayurvedic Education at Kerala Ayurveda Academy in Milpitas, California in 2019( clinical internship). A 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher Educator (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). Previous work experience includes Senior Trainer/International Trainer for YogaFit Training Systems Worldwide and a contributing author for yoga and massage school curriculums. In her current role as a writer, she enjoys writing from her blog True North.
She also has achieved a Wellness Travel Specialist certification through the Wellness Tourism Association. When not traveling, she works professionally with clients near her home.
